Telliris is a division of DAC Systems, Inc., a 25 year veteran manufacturer of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. DAC Systems designs, manufactures, and markets systems on an OEM basis ranging in size from 5 to 1000 concurrent users (per telecommunications processor, scalability is unlimited).

DAC Systems' end-customers include many highly recognizable blue chip companies such as Boston University, Citibank, KPMG, Lockheed Martin, Pfizer, SBLI, and United Technologies. Government customers include City of Cincinnati, City of Dearborn, City of Montreal, City of New York, The commonwealth of Massachusetts, The state of New York, The Veterans Administration and more...

Formed in 2003, the Telliris division was created to focus on providing products to software companies in the time & attendance, workforce management, and HR automation industries. Telliris leverages DAC Systems' deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver IVR systems and cloud services to the marketplace. The solutions are provided in a pre-integrated "turn-key" fashion through companies that make Telliris a "built-in" feature to their main product line.

Telliris is uniquely positioned in the marketplace. Its products and cloud services work "hand in hand" with many leading human capital management (HCM), time & attendance, and workforce management (WFM) products. Prior to Telliris, an IVR touch point was difficult and costly to implement.

Telliris' deep knowledge of core IVR technology coupled with an understanding of HCM, time & attendance, and WFM is what sets the organization apart.
